While not first place, this is still really big.  The Burrill Business Plan Competition had its largest turn-out ever with 42 teams and 82 undergraduate and graduate students.  Despite so many people, Flextory still took 4th place!  Flextory will now be taking a long-needed break from competitions, but development of Flextory and the business around it will continue to grow until we take over the world!  Well, probably not the world, but at the very least we’ll take over the world of inventory for individuals and small to medium size businesses.  Check out some of the links below for more information on the competition, as well as some of the articles Flextory has been mentioned in.

Last Wednesday Flextory took first place in the Qualcomm Wireless Innovations competition.  This is huge news and Flextory now has a bit of extra money to help with expansion.  Flextory is also now also starting to appear in the Media and you can check out Flextory’s collection of media links below.  If you happen to know somewhere else that’s writing about Flextory that I missed, be sure to send me an e-mail at chris@flextory.com.

After much work, Flextory.com is finally live. Unfortunately, there’s still a ways to go until we can start offering Flextory to the general public. However, if the project interests you or you want to use Flextory to manage your Inventory, send us an e-mail at sales@flextory.com and we’ll work something out.

As for what’s to come in the near future. Flextory will be competing in three different competitions over at the University of Wisconsin – Madison: The NEST competition, the Qualcomm Wireless Innovations Competition, and the Steven Burrill Business Plan Competition. If you’re a UW-Madison student, check out our presentations or stop over at our booths if you want to learn more or even if you want to help develop Flextory. beginning
